not sure why you are asking the question and deviating from the topic but yes0

There must be a reason why two banks have closed your accounts?0

exactly, hence why i opened this topic.
my summary:
for lloyds, i was a student, received few lump sums which all of them were from the UK bank account( my family paid it to foriegn exchange and their branch in here paid it to me). this was couple of years ago
now, i am full time employment, i used my barclays every now and then and make some deposits to it. i had a large loan deposit as explained and my account was closed.
i am not a criminal or have any ccj records or ......
i don't know why this has happend?
i am starting to convince my self it happened because i made an unusual large deposits which makes me laugh because does that mean if u ever have a large deposit into ur account u are screwed and ur bank will be closed0 -

Yes, if you suddenly deposit a large amount of money into an account it's normally highly suspicious. The banks have a usage and fraud profile for every person, if you were earning £400,000 per year for example and trading £15,000 on a monthly basis then there would be no problem.
But the bank determined that it isn't normal for your account to receive such large amounts and as such have decided that it would be best for them to close it. There could be thousands of reasons for this, from suspected fraud to money laundering but banks have computers purely to watch account activity and flag anything suspicious. Normally they would question the customer about this but they may have automatically assumed it was related to fraud and as such closed the account this can depend once again on their own fraud calculations of the payment.
It may be a good idea to discuss your needs with the bank and talk to your branch manager if you are planning on taking a large deposit from a suspicious country, you can also discuss it with them at account opening and that you will be getting large deposits from country X. Unfortunately there are extremely harsh laws in regards to money laundering and fraud and if a bank fails to comply then they will find themselves with a large fine, even if no fraud or money laundering actually occurred.0 -
Considering the OP's country of origin, there will be other nationals who have considerably larger transactions than are stated here.
I would suggest that opening an account with a Dubai bank with a branch here may be a better way of handling things.Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.

I'm sorry, I don't apologise. That's just the way I am. Homer (Simpson)0 -
Assumptions again. The OP has never said he was from Dubai or a UAE citizen. He said the money transfers came from Dubai. Two very different things.0

If my family is based in dubai then i am citizen of there . people asked me what is my nationality not asking where the money is comming form
i bet he posts back with a long argument saying " if u reside in somewhere it doesn't mean u are citizen of there and ,..... " lol0 -

Yes. That's right. I'm going to post just that. Of the total population of the UAE, only around 10% are citizens. All the rest are foriegn workers and, unlike the UK, the UAE does not grant these people citizenship.
And whatever MPH80 may think, your post says your money comes from Dubai not that you are a citizen. Also, 'Dubai' is not a nationality. The UAE, like the UK, is composed of constituant parts. You can no more hold a 'Dubai' passport than a 'Wales' passport.
This is all relevent to your problem as you probably know.0 -
