Well heres my update - I had a £5 off voucher for Tescos, plus I found a receipt in the car park that someone had not used their clubcard points - took it to customer services and added to my card. £1.48 in rewards for free.

Have listed 17 items on ebay in the past couple of days, 1 of which already has a bid on and another couple have watchers.

Have read previous posts re. bingo 'sausages' and cashback etc. Still unclear which is the best risk-free one to go for. Previously had a tombola account which I have had for some time, but never used. Had £10 bonus credit on there from when I first opened, but deposited £10, to get another £20 bonus. Had £40 in total, but zero wins after working my way through it! Not keen to repeat obviously. Any tips gratefully received on how people make the most of this as some seem to have used bingo websites successfully.

An update from me for yesterday:-

Man came to collect shower tray so £9.68 added to my total. Also done a phone survey for yoursaypays which earned me £1, so thats my £10 for Weds.

I also applied for two mystery shops which I hoping will be approved (£62 if I get them) and listed my first ever item on Folksy (my fingers are tightly crossed that it will sell!!).

I also spent most of yesterday makimng bunting for my little man's birthday party on Sat (very MSE) and decorating plain paper bags which I already had for the lunches to go in (which saved me £7 as I was going to buy the party food boxes from Ebay).

Saved £1.75 getting the train instead of the bus so I'm going to add that. Other than that just reached redemption for SPoints again so ordered another $5 paypal card.

I'm away at my Mum's for the bank holiday weekend (I'm writing from the train at the moment, hoorah for mobile broadband) so not sure how much I'll get online, but should be fun.

Bingo was my saviour last month lol, but was a very expensive month with lots of bills due, so still not much left. But it helped make ends meet.

Was on Caesar's a day or so ago waiting for a free game and someone won the jackpot - about 17k :eek::eek::eek:
Yet they still kept playing. Lets hope they don't gamble it all away again!

Although I'm not adding it, I've just saved £200 ish for the year by switching my gas and elec - happy bunny. If I can try to cut down the usage I might even save a few pennies more

Remembered I hadn't checked online banking yet today, so now have £9 to add that got paid today from a little merchandising job.
I would have been much more pleased about this had the next transactions not been the Council Tax, 2 water bills, and loan payment. Made the £9 going in look pretty pathetic in comparison

Home Insurance needs sorting in the next week or so too.

Adding £3 from another forum sale. Need to phone up and sort my house insurance today, renewal would be going up from £29 a month to £40 a month!! Did some shopping around and got it down to £17 a month so must get it sorted.
