Samknows are showing that Talktalk have been in my exchange since Dec last year BUT they are also showing my exchange as Market 1.
Macman said 'Look at the market classification for the exchange under the samknows LLU data. If it's a Market 2 exchange (which it should be) then you can get the Plusnet cheap rate, starting at £6.49 for the Plusnet Value tariff.'....that's why I said Samknows is not always right.
This is what it says:

Ofcom Classification What is this?
Market 1
This exchange has BT Wholesale as the sole provider of broadband services.0 -
Oh,OK, so the list has been edited but the classification not changed. Not sure if Samknows does that automatically or waits for OFCOM to actually announce the reclassification.
I know that in the past exchanges have had suppliers added which would appear to move them from one OFCOM status to another but the ISPs wouldn't change pricing until they got confirmation from OFCOM.
I thought you meant that TalkTalk LLU wasn't even showing as available.0 -
I agree, I don't think it's upated by samknows unti OFCOM oficialy change the classification. No idea how often they do that.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
