Now, that's a good question. Our neighbour booked 4 Arctic Monkeys tickets for the Lancashire C C gig in the summer (max allowed per household). Unbeknownst to her, her son managed to also book 4 from his school pc. She rang seetickets and told them that she wanted to cancel the 4 she had ordered. 'I'm glad you've rang' he said 'Because you are on the duplicate orders list and we were going to cancel ALL your tickets (8 in total)'.

It is only the latest set of tickets that get cancelled according to the bloke I spoke to.

Managed to get 4 tickets this afternoon by using Ticketmaster and keep reloading page method, two seats together and 2 singles which is a bit of a nuisance.

They are at the o2 arena, does anyone know if the Block B1 seats on the main floor are good seats or are the tiered seats better?

Hopefully there will be more tickets on sale on Monday morning. I have booked 3 but am hoping to phone and cancel them and book 6 together as the OH want to come with us gals:rolleyes:

just cancelled mine said the card was declined i know i used the right card and cash is not an issue

poor service from seetickets order has just been cancelled no option to rebook

I sat at my pc from 8 till 12.30 and finally got some tickets, I was ecstatic - checked my emails today and they cancelled them, I rang to ask why and they claim I entered a digit of my expiry date wrong

So annoyed its unbelievable

oh no, poor you. Do you think it's true?

I suppose in the hurry it could be possible. I know I was shaking when I was trying to type in my details.

By the way I have started a new thread about the cancellation of TT tickets but don't think there are any responders yet!!
