Just checked my account today and the money has been taken out of my account, I was getting a little worried too. Mine were ordered by phone via ticketline on the Friday, so taken a while to come out.

Its 7-10 days before the concert.

There are still tickets available on see tickets for the O2 Arena (the Dome I think).
