Here is something you may be interested to know - I have been reading the discussion topics on the take that website. Apparently there is something dodgy going on with charging top prices for bad seats..... This is the quote:

"just phoned the NEC box office the £25 tickets are
    Blocks 6 &13
    K,L and M
    7-12"

I am in block 13 and have been charged £45 per ticket. Therefore I have just phoned seetickets and they have referred my query to customer services who will phone back in the next couple of days. They said I should be entitled to a partial refund.

Anyone else seated in these blocks and paid full price? I haven't phoned the NEC personally so it may be worth double checking.

I booked through SeeTickets and have paid full price and been allocated block 9 tickets and am not atall happy:mad: . They will be getting a call from me tomorrow. Does anyone know their opening hours?

thanks every one I think I will stick with D and 111

the price £49 is really bugging me Im taking my daughter who is only 7 so a lot of money for us both, and Im going twice.

Wot shall we do bout it ?
    You don't go twice!!!!.....
if your daughter is 7 you may as well sell the block D ticket, the one that surely will give most profit and keep the tiered view one as she's unlikely to see from the floor....only my opinion judging by seat plan map, i haven't been to M.E.N before, but looks huge

Actually now I look again you've got quite good seats..

Well the gripe is the narrow angle to the stage. I've been in that position before where you can't see what's being displayed on the large screens. From a central position, even if you're right at the very back you can take in the spectacle of the light show, and it feels a more complete experience. Perhaps I was being greedy, or expected something in the A-G blocks on account of the early succes - Still, the tickets are bought, and the friend they're for doesn't seem to mind, so it's not an issue really.

keep the block D tickets - these are much better than block 111

on last tour take that did a mini set above block E - you'll be at the front

MEN is huge - block 111 is just too far back

also block D is seated - if daughter cant see - stand on the seat

At least you guys can see what kind of rubbish tickets you've been allocated. Seetickets have still not updated my tracking info for O2 arena :mad::mad:

Is there anyone else whose tracking info still only says 'seats'?
