Hi, just to let people know, I'm leaving this thread, at least until i have had a rejection or a start date. For the simple fact this thread is now stressing me out more that helping. There seems to be alot of sinister undertones with many of the posts, almost undermining each others efforts or almost attempting to " put people off" by saying certain things. Many newer members seem to think information is owed to them without providing anything constructive in return. I will gladly come back once i have a response, but until then, i really don't need to hear any more theories about who gets a job or why. I wish everyone who helped me the best of luck and i hope whoever deserves it gets a spot. I wish i could help more people.

    Peace out.
  • Best of luck punk.

What was said, I noticed the dude removed all his posts?

Anyone know how long the training lasts? And what shifts we will be on straight after? Also is it every other sat we work?
  • Isdjohnny basically said "If you havn't had a start date by now,it could possibly take up until march 2013.

However he knows this is anybodys guess considering he only started there on Monday.I'd be inclined to take it with a pinch of salt.

So chin up everybody, the call could come at any moment,as they were swamped with applications.:)

Hey guys, I was on the phone to Jaguar today, and i asked about this..

the lady said its not true, they're actively recruiting each week and everyone should hear within a few weeks of getting their successful email.

    Good Luck everyone.

Won't be on here much unless i have something important to tell you guys. (with proof of what i say.)

Thanks man. I did say i wouldn't be on here, but i have had several PM's from people asking for help, from what to wear to what to do etc. People helped me so i can't just turn people away, it is not in my nature, I'l be on here, but taking a back seat. If anybody wants help pm. and i will do what i reasonably can.
  • Its been a week today people since I had my interview!! so thats a week tomorrow since I got my email... the waiting is doing my head in now! i just wish they would tell us so we can get on with our lives and or keep looking for work :(:( sad times ... but hey the call could come at any minute! any1 working for manpower at the moment ?? any feedback, do they pay on time? stuff like that ?
  • hi people, I've been following this forum since I had my manual assessment and thought it was about time i joined, I'm pretty much in the same boat as most others on here, had my successful email just over a week ago now, and still waiting on that phone call. I called manpower yesterday and the lady i spoke to said that they haven't been given any new start dates for training as of yet and are still waiting, and if i still haven't heard by next week to call back. hopefully they wont keep us all hanging too long. good luck everyone!
