Why do people write posts and delete them or edit it them?. Gets a bit confusing after awhile. If its true what the previous post said this whole process has been a waste of time really.

Hi there everyone, I have been following this thread since before my manual assessment! An boy does it give you some insight an nerv calming advice, I'd like to say thankyou for people who have shared experiences to help me. As iv passed my manual an iv done my interview, tomorrow would be 2 weeks from my interview an I have not yet heard a single thing, My question is has anyone got the job that's told them about a holiday they already have booked? As I'm literally sh**ing my pants that I may have cocked up by telling them I have!! Interview couldn't have gone better. So yeah has anyone got the nod even after saying they have a holiday booked? Cheers

I think alot of people here has passed the interview but from what i have read here and going by the successful email they are only picking the best and most applicable candidates at this current time. What effects that score I don't know but i would be guessing holidays, overall application process, maybe distance to the site?? Some people heard back after a couple of days and some a couple of weeks and given a start date so maybe there is hope yet.

To be honest I've not really got alot of hope at the moment and will be continuing the job hunt. If anything come from it, it would be a great bonus but at the moment I'm pretty much doubtful especially what the deleted post said a couple of hours back.

Good luck all with the process.
  • I'd like to see isdjohnny come back and elaborate on what he posted earlier!!
