I do understand what you are all saying but I pay my subs only for the reason that if I had a accident on site and it was jlrs fault the union will fight for you .. that's the only reason I pay.0

To any who started in September on a 3 month manpower have you had any update as to if you will be extended or laid off? heard a few rumours of bs3 going back to 2 and a half shifts after christmas and others saying we will be kept but moved around for those who have handed in notice elsewhere in the factory?
