Hello there
I applied for the productions opportunities with manpower - Solihull last week
I completed the 3 tests
For the first test im sure i got nearly 100% if not 100%
the second test was kind of difficult - i missed the last 4 questions out
third test was simple.
What im asking is how long until i get a reply?
Dose it matter that i missed the last few questions out due to the timer running out on the second test?0 -
If your on about online tests and you have completed them then give them a call on 01912275901, ask for an update on your application, tell them you done online test, give them your details e.g name and adress and they will tell you if you can be booked for manual assessment.0

Hello
How much is the salary? yearly?
and do you have job security? as manpower have labelled the job as temporary...
i dont want to just work there for only 1 year... i wanted to be placed permently, also if they keep on you after that year do you sign a contract stating your a permanent employeee? as if they keep you on when your still on temporary they can sack you any day they want..0 -
You will be working for Manpower for upto 5 years
You may get taken on sooner by JLR but you may not.
Job security is low as it's last in first out in most cases.
If I had a decent job already I wouldn't leave it0 -
Well im currently unemployed... been unemployed for 3 months now
i graduated from university in 2015 but cant find a job =/ always people with more experience
My plan is to work at this job and maybe progress up to the jaguar land rovers graduate scheme.....

Also, i am planning on going on holiday on December 21st-January 3rd..... will they be ok? or should i just lie and not tell them ...0 -

I passed my formal interview in March and I've been invited back to a top-up interview this week at the Manpower offices. Does anyone have any idea what this entails? Cheers0

The practical assessment has just changed. The instructor shows you what to do and you're also given a set of instructions to follow. It's simple enough, it's just doing it within the time, which is only 8 minutes.
I'd say it was better to go slowly and not make any mistakes than rush through it.
Starts on £28k with shift allowance.
Don't lie to them about your hols would be my advice. They will try and accommodate you if possible
Good luck0 -
