Anyone know the hourly rate for emc plant?

Hi completed my interview and solihull on Tuesday received an email yesterday with the following.

Thank you for attending your recent interview with Manpower for our vacancies within Jaguar Land Rover West Midlands .

This is probably a stupid questions but does this mean my interview was successful and i just have to wait or that they're still reviewing it?

What happened at the interview. Can you remember what you did there and questions asked. I'm trying to prepare. And yes you've passed the interview or you'd get the rejection email. Good luck to you

Me too. Got mine on the 31st. When's yours?

Oh good I got a rejection email. You'll be asked if you have any convictions. I've got spent ones. Lie. They'll reject you for it even though I'm pretty sure spent means spent. Fuming

I know of plenty of people who have convictions that have got jobs there.

I also know of people who were marched off site after a couple of months when they were found out, having lied.

Maybe you just weren't good enough? Not meant to be a slight on you but there are tens of thousands of applicants and they can pick and choose the (in their opinion) very best.
