Are you able to ring manpower and ask if you can be placed somewhere else that are hiting? Fed up of waiting for EMC now

I don't think it's so much that they are stringing people along, more that when JLR call for people Manpower have to have the people waiting, ready to go.

It is such a large recruitment process (both in terms of numbers needed and number of applicants) that to ensure that they get the right people in place ready to go they need to start the process early.

Frustrating for those involved, I know, but in my opinion well worth the wait.

I know the job applications are closed for CB, but when they do open again, will I need to do the online assessment if I already failed a manual assessment about 7 months ago?

Yeah, i had to do it again when i got to the interview and failed a while back and re-applied a few months later.
