Had my interview 23rd March at solihull and also not heard anything apart from "successfully completed all stages" email....think it's just a case of criminal record check coming back clear and waiting for a starting date.

I had mine on the 14th march and ive contacted them twice for them to say we will contact you as soon as we have start dates at this stage they have to wait for landrover to give them start dates for them to then contact us, just a very annoying waiting game

Amazing what an old thread can bring!

Completed the manual assessment at solihull on 12/4.
Just curious as to how long it can be expected for an interview.
Following the assessment we were told not too expect anything in short term, which following the previous hints about cb, could indeed be where current applicants will possibly end up.

A few of my friends recently started at solihull, no idea what part, but reckon they get roughly 1.5-2 minutes per car, so thats an insight into it.

Working at a pub with jlr staff as regulars theyve told me about all the questions to be expected etc, how you improved something at work, name a time you made a mistake at work and corrected it and obviously teamwork backgrounds.

Had my manual on the 12th at Solihull. Had the email this morning saying I didn't get through sadly, bit surprised as I thought I did everything right? All in the allotted time and such! Suppose some things aren't meant to be! Good luck everyone

Got a phone call today with a start date for CB! Start on the 25th of this month! Anyone else had the same?

Spoke to manpower today. Was told start dates for Solihull would be summer time

Have they given any details of where you'll be? Are you doing Pera or going straight on the job, what shifts etc?

(Just trying to get some confirmation of rumours we keep hearing )
