I'm not hopeful. I might follow it up this week, would be good to know either way.

Got start date for 18th. They told me to come for pre-employment session during wich there will be some short assessment. Any1 can tell whats that??

All those taken on after 1st November this year don't have a perm job garuentee i was told when questioning a PAM the other week. However things can change.

As far as I'm aware they have just moved into 2 shifts in FA2

AFAIK that is part of the new pay deal, which hasn't been accepted yet.

They are looking at having 90% of the workforce as permanent and keeping 10% as agency for added flexibility with regards numbers needed.

Definitely something to think about and get clarification on if you are planning on leaving a permanent job.
