Little Math's and English test. Check sizes for uniform, breath and hearing test!

JLR seem to take their time. I applied for a (non-manual) job in August, did online tests in September, had an interview at the very start of October and have heard nothing since. So I emailed the recruiter two weeks ago who said I was still being considered. Seeing as it's been 5 weeks since interview, I am presuming I was unsuccessful?!

No news is good news mate! They are quick to tell you that you've been unsuccessful! Manpower are just waiting to hear from JLR for another infill!! your in mate!!

AFAIK that is part of the new pay deal, which hasn't been accepted yet.

They are looking at having 90% of the workforce as permanent and keeping 10% as agency for added flexibility with regards numbers needed.

Definitely something to think about and get clarification on if you are planning on leaving a permanent job.
