    The takt time on a job is about 90 seconds and the jobs are ran at about 115% so there isn't abit standing around matey ! Just have to get on with it and think of the money

    Yeah, definitely don't think this is for me. The extra £40 per week isn't worth the boredom!

    Nothing here. Said all passed and still no call. Every time I ring there's a different story. How long you been waiting for?
  • Does anybody know what the Halewood manual assessment consists of? I have mine Friday and have been told its no longer assembling a clutch pedal?

    Only been a couple of weeks but im still eager!
    I know some have waited several weeks before, just wish they would contact us to let us know!

    Been told under good authority , that there isn't any more been taken on until towards the end of May. However it does change on a daily basis if im honest!

    The new area is where basically all the new lot will be working.
    Word of advice! Be prepared to graft if you've never done this before!!

    How is it on your hands/ fingers? The reason I ask if I have tendon problems from time to time in my hands
  • HI all.. had my manual assessment last week at pfl.. think I aced the first part an made abit of a hash of the second.. only getting half way completed..

    Any idea of pass mark percentages to get to interview? Dont like being defeatist, but cant help but feel like iv missed the boat anyway with such high applications :o

    Last year I dropped all the magnets under the car but still got a job there, have no idea what the pass mark is. If you hear anything Houndgog let us know please buddy, nice one m8.
