Yeah think he's not far off a jaguar contract. What are the main work days/shift patterns? I'm not bothered about long hours or anything but it would be nice to have the occasional weekend off having worked them my entire working life and missing out on a lot of nights out!

Good Luck for tomorrow let us know how you got on :T

Does anyone else think it a bit odd to have so many people who are waiting for either start dates or confirmation that you actually have got the job and yet the manpower/JLR recruitment page is still taking applications?

Surely they have enough applicants on the books, or is it because so many folk are dropping out after starting on the track........any thoughts?

    Cheers all

I think they just want to have lots of people.. just in case. Halewood was taking people two years after they had done assessments :/ so they probably don't like to do recrutation too often

    Yeah, good point Emma.
Just seems so unfair for those, like yourself, who have to wait with out knowing how long.

  • Hello all, I completed the online assesment about 12 days ago, and last week I had a missed call off an unknown number. I read someone on here saying they get in touch via an unknown number. Should I be worried that they havent tried to ring me back in the week since or should I just wait and see? Any advice would be welcome!
