So it may not make any difference who interviews you. Having said that, I suppose it depends on what they actually write down as your talking. I did hear that the decision is made by JLR and not Manpower.

Have you thought about trying for the i54?

The i54 applications are now closed .
They have had over 8000 apply for the jobs there .

Yep, asked about feedback but they said `we don`t give feedback due to high number of applicants`

Hello mate. Not quite, It looks like I failed the interview as the email just said I had been unsuccessful following the interview. But not absolutely sure!!
It seems Manpower don`t explain things too well :rotfl:

Completed my first couple weeks now, enjoy the first 2 weeks in the class room because your thrown in at the deep end and it's survival of the fittest! I've seen a few people drop out already from the group I was in... Word of advice don't screw up your interview as you will be black listed in the future so I was told

Can you explain survival of the fittest? Is it physically demanding or the complexity of the task?

Very demanding and the tasks are not complex, it's just more repetitive and constant than you could imagine.
