Hi Tim, if it`s any consolation, I`ve had the same rejection email and the person that interview me was very pleasant and friendly etc etc.
Overall, I thought the interview went very well.........obviously not tho--lol

So it may not make any difference who interviews you. Having said that, I suppose it depends on what they actually write down as your talking. I did hear that the decision is made by JLR and not Manpower.

Anyway, that`s it for now...better luck next time ;)

Sorry to hear that buddy :( Can you ask for any feedback to see what they didn't like about the interview?

Have you thought about trying for the i54?

Yep, asked about feedback but they said `we don`t give feedback due to high number of applicants`

As mentioned i54 apps now closed :(

That sucks mate, so they sent you an email saying you had passed all stages but then sent you a rejection email due to the scoring?

    Sucks

Hello mate. Not quite, It looks like I failed the interview as the email just said I had been unsuccessful following the interview. But not absolutely sure!!
It seems Manpower don`t explain things too well :rotfl:

  • Completed my first couple weeks now, enjoy the first 2 weeks in the class room because your thrown in at the deep end and it's survival of the fittest! I've seen a few people drop out already from the group I was in... Word of advice don't screw up your interview as you will be black listed in the future so I was told

Can you explain survival of the fittest? Is it physically demanding or the complexity of the task?

Very demanding and the tasks are not complex, it's just more repetitive and constant than you could imagine.
