    Yes i'm aware the CB plant is closed for 3 weeks in summer but thought that Solihull was 2 weeks?

    Had the phone call this morning for an interview on Thursday. Includes an interview, assessment, presentation and drug test. Anyone know what the assessment and presentation is?

    It's about 20.5k a year for the first year and the presentation is from Pera but I never ever seen it to be honest !

    Got my manual assessment this week. Just wondering do they ask you any questions after you complete the assessment?

    Trawled thru the whole thread and found loads of different figures and rates. Confused.com!

    Can anyone that is currently employed by Manpower at JLR please write the different pay rates for shifts and info about the attendance allowance? Just want all the up to date pay info in one post if poss please

    If you are put on 3 shifts it's £13.25 p/h across the 3 shifts, no additional shift allowance is on top ! If your perm days it's £10.76.

    Declan when did they tell you what shift you are going to work at? Beforw or after training?

    The last day of training at the last minute before you left and not everyone in the training room has been given a specific shift as at present there isn't the need for the manpower for another 8 weeks I'm led to believe
