Hi Jade, I had a phonecall from Manpower 2/3 weeks ago regarding new start dates for JLR castle brom. I was told to give it about 4 weeks and, Manpower should be in touch about the new start dates which, obviously could be a good thing right?:cool: I guess we will soon find out either way!!:D

Can only be a good thing I had an email from them yesterday saying they are expecting more opportunities in the next few weeks. Are you waiting for the call too?

Yeah, it is pure torture having to wait for "the call" Although, I had an email from Manpower 2/3 days ago, basically saying they are awaiting confirmation on more opportunities. So, we could get a call soon, hopefully When did you have your interview?

Yeah I had the same email and a reply from when I emailed them a month ago. Fingers crossed! It was feb 15th when was yours?. I agree, pure torture!

Mine was in feb aswel, I did my manual assessments on jan 8th and, had to wait 5 weeks for my interview. I was emailing Manpower almost every other day asking about my interview until I got 1!! lol maybe if we both keep bugging them, they might give in and give us a start date?? I think its worked for everyone else on this forum lol:p Good luck anyway Jade, I hope we both get "the call" soon!!!:cool::D

Hey guys. I did my assessment and interview way back in feb, and got a call yesterday to start at Solihull Tues 21st. I'm more than made up obviously, so if like me you've been hoping for a call for months, sit tight because to be honest, I'd pretty much written it off and was more than pleasantly surprised when they rang.

Hi Kerri.
This is what gets my goat mate. When I asked about the new start dates a month ago, I had a phonecall back from Manpower saying, the last new starter was due to start mid April? They said the usual tosh, "we will keep you updated on your application", and then I had an email 3/4 days ago saying, Manpower were still waiting for confirmation on new dates??? Yet you have been given a start date, congratulations by the way:D Rant over lol
