It depends if they need any people in your area. However, as they are now rotating people on a six month basis I'm sure you will hear soon.0 -
Just unbelievable.
Just received an item with the R number written on the front of the envelope and the smart inside is [Naked]. IE: there is no code so how did the sender know which smart to send as I certainly don't know which smart to enter.
It's sad that standards on this programme have slipped so much. Kantar should never have changed the way they were doing things as they had a core team of panellists and these kind of mistakes never happened. I have been on this for about 5 years now and it's only in the last 8 months I have seen mistake after mistake after mistake.
Would not surprise me if they lose this programme the way it's going. The art is not in making money, but in keeping it!!!0 -

So very true - my guess is that they'll soon be regretting the new policy, if they're not already, and switching back.
Whatever advantages they saw must be being seriously outweighed by the inaccuracies and other problems. Pretty clear from some of the posts here that quite a few people signed up to this are struggling to understand pretty simple instructions.0 -
I find its businesses that are the worst from what I have recieved, I see pencil markings on the front of the envelope with the price to be franked and on back of the envelpoes - date and time of posting. On one hand yep I should inform kanter, but id get kicked off while the businesses keep doing it.
This resting for 6 months, its going to look suspicious to the postman when your post dribbles back to 1 or 3 a day and no magazines, esp if you have a regular postie.xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
I have only been on the panel since January so I'm not as experienced as most people. However, to me it is very easy stick the R number in on the piece of paper in the envelope. Look to see if it requires a smart log which one is enclosed on the system. I can't see why people can make such a mess of it really. There is really no need to write anywhere on the outside of the envelope really. When I prepare my stuff to post I write it lightly on the inside of the flap. So, when it has been sealed it is not visible. Personally to make sure there are no or little mistakes they should test every panel member. They should have an address that they get people to send letters so that they can check the process is being followed right. That way they would be able to make sure stuff like dates and times are not written on the envelopes.0

I've been a panellist (excluding training) for 3 months now and I haven't had any problems at all with my received mail. I thought the testing process was designed to weed out people who are not careful enough to check that they are putting the right stickers and smarts in the right envelopes? Thinking about it, the testing procedure doesn't involve SMARTS, maybe it should do as I was floundering a bit when I started getting them (I didn't make any mistakes though!). I don't know how the scheme used to be but in my limited experience it is working fine right now2020 Wins:
