You just record how many letters/parcels delivered by Royal Mail also you are asked if any were doorstepped and if any were incorectly delivered you record the details of the name/address of the misdelivered item for a 2 week period, easy peasy.

It's been my last week of posting and ive had two of these to post these week as they are too big too put in a post box so ive had to queue each time at the post office to post them so glad ive finished now after getting these.
