Thank you. One every six weeks isn't too bad then, just a real pain as the nearest post office counter that takes parcels is a fair distance.
So if I hand the box over the counter inside the P.O how do I enter the posting details? I already have the post box number outside registered.
We have a general store in the village where we usually take our own parcels. It hasn't got a proper post office counter, they just accept mail for collection. Would taking the box there be acceptable if I can't get to the Post Office?

yes, just hand it over at the post office. If they ask what's in it just say it's already stamped and its a return. When logging it just pt the post box number and time. I don't think you could hand it ove in the shop as it's not a post office. hth :)

Hi, wonder whether anyone can help.

I've just finished my training and I've received my instructions for posting next week; 4 items and one of the items on the list is a small box stamped £2.70 - but I haven't received a box, although I have received the SMART to put in it- is it likely to come in a separate posting, or should I let them know that it is missing from my pack.
    Thanks a lot.

    Hi

All the items listed should be in the posting pack. (was baffled when I received a flat box containing a bit of foam:)) Either call or email them.

don't worry I'v got one of those "box items" to post next week, slightl misleading as its not a box, inside your posting packet, you should have a thicker package with the £2.70 stamps on, it will have extra paper inside and a small piece of prefolded cardboard, its so it can weigh enough to be classed as a parcel.

    (hope that helps xx)

Why can't some panelists follow simple instructions and use common sense.

Got an item with the date and time written on the front, and the sticker stuck on the smart!!! Der!

That's just a packet though, isn't it? I've had a few of these to send, and they've been listed as packets (in the bottom left of the posting schedule), and not a 'small box'.
Wins: Samsung Galaxy S II - £500, Beats by Dr. Dre headphones, $50 Threadless voucher (~£32), Planet Dinosaur book - £20 (thanks MSE!), Robo Challenge T-Shirt and Gadget Show poster - £15, Joseph Joseph Scoop Colander - £7-ish, Ecozone stapler - £5

    Hi

I had a small box to post-it was flat and contained a bit of foam. I sellotaped it together and the postage was £2.70.

Thanks for all your comments and advice- I didn't have anything apart from the SMART- no odd pieces of foam or folded card- so I rang them as suggested by GetRealBabe- and they've logged it as missing and asked me to return the SMART.
Thanks to all who post comps!
