I read that as restrained instead of retrained and had visions of a room full of ex panel members wearing straight jackets! :rotfl:

Anyone else signed up for the correctly delivered due to start on the 3rd June seen the button has disappeared? I hope it appears again soon because I did select to do this one. The dates when clicked on yesterday did say June 3rd.

Anyone knows what happens when you move house (to a different postcode area)? Do you have to apply to join all over again?

Also I've won a £10 voucher... any idea what it's going to be?

£10 love to shop vouchers from the prize draw. Will be delivered by special delivery tomorrow more than likely if you won today.

You could telephone them and see if there is space in your new postcode area. You may have to apply again if not.
  • Just started the Unaddressed Mail survey again this week. Unfortunately TNS haven't sorted out the problem of dates of previous submissions changing each time I log on. Think I'll go for the weekly rather than daily option. :(

I had to apply again and I was still in the same area. There wasn't any space and had to wait a long time until there was.

I gave them a call and discussed it with them.

A few years ago I moved postcode area. I told them & they just 'updated their records' with no fuss. I then got a couple of weeks of posting packs at the new address, but soon received the "oversubscribed in your area" email, so was kicked off for a while.

I've also moved within the same postcode while active on the panel, and didn't have a problem, I just carried on with it. Maybe your experience is their newer way of doing it.

I've had the jumping numbers too and yes I'm just going to be putting in a weekly number.
