Me too, I'd already thrown the 5 items for this week in the bin as I thought the survey ended last week for unaddressed mail (it DID end last week!) and then I found another week had been added, good job the paper goes in a bag for recycling so I could fish them out. I hope this is a new three week survey and they aren't expecting us to do extra weeks for nothing :(

Where the pictures of the unaddressed mail is, if you click on w/c for entering a date it shows 6 weeks to choose from (I thought it was 6 weeks anyway )

A little confused, my unaddressed mail survey appears to have extended itself from 3 to now 4 weeks.. logged on today and its missing the first week I completed and now showing this week ... Anyone else doing it may wish to log on and check..
I notice a few others have had this but that won't stop me adding a "me too" comment. :)

Another quirk I've noticed is that I can submit my daily entries OK. However the next time I log on some of them have changed. Anyone else suffered from this?

Hi, yes it's been happening to me! and sometimes days ahead have entries even though they occur in the future! Thought i was losing the plot when it first started happening:eek:
  • I'm still training (how long does training last?). My first posting pack failed to arrive so i called them and they sent out another which i posted correctly.

Last week i was not scheduled to post anything. Next week i am scheduled to post letters on Mon 11th and Tues 12th but again i have not received a posting pack.

How far ahead do people normally receive their posting packs? I'm wondering whether its likely to arrive on Monday or if they have messed up again :(
  • I got an email to say i had been accepted and that my starter pack was being dispatched. Over a week later i emailed to ask how long it generally takes to recieve this pack.
    No response
I emailed again a few days later.
Again no response but then an envelope arrived. Inside i found a sheet of labels and two stamped envelopes and a sheet stating dates to be posted.
    No instructions.
Then two days after that i received an email with instructions attached.
    Not entirely organised i feel.
Also does anyone know how many items are to be sent before you get any rewards?

  • I have just re-read the training guide thing on their website. It states that in your first training pack (which i didnt receive) there are guidelines and your first posting items along with 12 first and 4 large letter stamps.

As this was not received it would seem we wont get our stamps for the training period :(

The stamps (rewards) are usually sent monthly. I received a book (12) of first class stamps and 4 stamps for parcels approximately a week or so ago.

I generally receive items for posting at least a week before they're scheduled to be posted. The items aren't even shown on the screen to be entered as 'ready for posting' for at least a few days when I receive them.

Today I have received 3 quite heavy packets to be posted, scheduled to start going out on the 19th February.

In three of the heavier packets there are a couple of very handy notebooks included to be sent. Am hoping that someone sends me some of these packets as the notebooks would come in very handy.

Notebooks sound good. I hope I get some too. :) Are they A4 size or A5? Just asking to see if they would fit through the letterbox okay without having to go and collect them.

The notebooks are about a quarter of the size of a sheet of A4. There are two of these to be included in each packet. They seem quite thick, and reasonable quality.

They would be very useful for shopping lists etc.
