A little confused, my unaddressed mail survey appears to have extended itself from 3 to now 4 weeks.. logged on today and its missing the first week I completed and now showing this week ... Anyone else doing it may wish to log on and check..
Many thanks OP. I just threw the stuff from today in the wheelie bin. So just went and dug it out again. Received 5 lots today. :eek:0 -

This is all very confusing, yesterday I got an email
Due to a space being oversubscribed, we are going to pause your participation for a few weeks
Then today
Welcome to the Royal Mail Survey.
We have now registered your details to our live posting panel and you will receive your first Sender Pack in the week commencing 11/02/2013
I have been doing it for about 6 weeks, test items only I think.0 -
How long is it taking people to get replies to their emails at the moment? Is it still a while?
I'm a little concerned that they're going to send my pack when I'm on holiday and I'll get dropped for not doing it, even though I've emailed them to let them know.
It took them a few days to reply to me - I emailed them about the info on the boxes for the U/S moving about and they just said they'd pass the info on... (boxes are still in the wrong place as just checked)A little confused, my unaddressed mail survey appears to have extended itself from 3 to now 4 weeks.. logged on today and its missing the first week I completed and now showing this week ... Christ, what are they up to, getting really fed up with them messing about - if I hadn't checked this thread I wouldn't have known. There were some leaflets yesterday, best go and check if they are still there, I ignored them as thought it was finished. As I live in flats, they may have been binned by now..
Edit - all 48 leaflets delivered yesterday still there luckily... the pictures for these were now showing.
So are we doing 4 weeks for the price (£5) of 3 or are we on week 4 of 6 and will get £10 I wonder... I may stop doing the U/S as seems too disorganised.0 -
Ive just applied to join, when do you usually find out if youve been accepted?0

I just posted my 1st batch of letters and have got my 2nd.
I recieved no 'training' email - nothing advising me I needed to log onto the website or anything. no mention of ay sort of 'reward' from them for doing this.
then i get an email saying i have had a problem loggin onto the site with my details (which i had never been given or advised i needed to log onto anywhere).
Any idea how you opt out as it seems like as it goes on if they are going to get cross about certain postal times/ boxes etc then I won't be able to continue anyway as I work 4 days a week out of my postcode area.
Thanks.loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -

It can take a while. It is just a case of waiting for a gap to become available in your area. I tried for two years without success then just got an email inviting me to join.0 -

Yep me too - was signed up for the Unadressed survey starting this week, but there was nothing on the web site. Emailed them, no reply after 2 days so phoned them, was told that there are problems (never would have guessed)but the option should show in the next few days, but have now been sent an email saying that, do I want to do the Unadressed survey starting next week ??????????
I don't think that the right hand knows what the left is doing at present. That combined with so many more things to post, is making me wonder if it's worth the hassle now :mad:0
