I'm due to be rested in 3 weeks or so but I have had 2 boxes to send in the past 6 weeks. I did call up about this and it used to be one every 6 months on average but they admitted the quantity has increased markedly recently. I did say what if I find it hard to post the boxes and was told to give it a chance but if I found it hard, I could retire from the survey so, unfortunately, it looks as if there is no option to rescind consent for boxes - just to withdraw from ths survey.

^ That is annoying - I live near ish to a post office but it's always got such a long queue I find the boxes really irritating. I only had a couple on my last 6 month stint on the survey, will see how many I get this time as just about to restart.

Being doing this since August.Went to get a stamp from my stock and realised I had nearly £60 worth of stamps inside..More than the cash I have at the moment.

Sods law - just done the 3 week leaflet drop - finished at weekend, then the leaflets come in 2days post!! xx

The option to say when you receive the pictured it6ems should still be there (It is on mine anyway), so you can still record the date they arrive:)

How long is it taking people to get replies to their emails at the moment? Is it still a while?
I'm a little concerned that they're going to send my pack when I'm on holiday and I'll get dropped for not doing it, even though I've emailed them to let them know.

A little confused, my unaddressed mail survey appears to have extended itself from 3 to now 4 weeks.. logged on today and its missing the first week I completed and now showing this week ... Anyone else doing it may wish to log on and check..

Thanks for that, mine's got another week added on as well. Wish they'd make their flipping minds up. First one meant to be 6 weeks and ended up as 3, now a three week one that's turned into 4............watch this space.
