Hmm it does seem odd margaretclare - any way of mixing it up? More exercise or do the starve binge swing for a week to jolt your system?
Binge and starve - well, I can't binge. When I'm full, I'm full, I stop eating and that's it. DH offered me half an apple just after lunch and I was full, I couldn't even manage that.
Will just have to see how it goes.Ær ic wisdom funde, ær wearð ic eald.

Hi all,
After going AWOL in March, I'm back to join you guys, starting today, so please add me to the list Dragon.
I have been in a rut for the past few months and even though there might have been a few losses along the way, I mysteriously seem to have gone back up a few lbs. I decided to take a break last month then re-start for summer.
I have a holiday booked in May and my 40th birthday in June that I would like to be a few sizes smaller for, so fingers crossed it happens this time.
Good luck to all this month, Hopefully I will have a big loss to report next Monday.:T 2015 TARGETS :TWeight loss 12.5/112lb 18th feb -4.5lb, 25th feb -2.5lb, 4th mar -2.5, 11th Mar -3,

First weigh in -1lb. A step in the right direction! Went shopping for new clothes yesterday, now a size 18top and 20trouser....or so i thought! my size 22 trousers are falling off me but 20's arent fitting! First time in ages ive looked in 'normal' shops, no wonder i usually stick to monsoon, one shop only went up to size 14 and that was 'extra large'! Still need to lose a lot to find a nice pair of trousers! Oh well i'll keep trying!0

That's great news sweetilemon, well done!
I wasn't going to weigh myself until the weekend. I know what my starting weight is [don't like it much]. I thought I'd openly lurk and pick up motivation and, in your case sweetilemon, inspiration to keep going.
I was very good yesterday, a couple of pieces of freshly baked french bread did throw themselves into my mouth at one point, I must remember to keep the mouth closed more...but I feel it was a successful day from a dieting perspective.
