Sounds like you been missold a insurance policy. I thought verbal contract was just as binding if it was witnessed, although I could be wrong.
Why woudl you buy an insurnace policy for an item only to find it that certain parts wasnt covered, they should of known this.

I spoke via E-mail with a lady named Emma A whom responded on behalf of Mr Parker. Initially she rang D&G and claimed that the bulbs are covered by the policy.
Having suffered so many complications with Unbeatable I was not happy with verbal confirmation so replied to Emma this.
Emma has now arranged to have D&G send out the correctly worded policy to cover the bulbs.
I await the arrival of the new documents, and will post back should there be any further problems.0
