We live in a large 3 bed flat. UW have calculated our annual gas and leccy usage for the past 12 months as £2.5k!!!!!!! This is not an estimate.

they are about 30% more expensive in our area and we are looking to change providers. Think very carefully before signing on that dotted line.

But I was also shown (flashed) a chart which showed Which rated them as a 5 star supplier?

Oh right, just googled, and realise they werent Reps and the part time job was actually a sort of franchise: How odd. Thanks for giving me the info on them. No wonder I got short shrift once I started questioning them.

I'm glad you didn't get taken in hethmar, I'm just sorry for all those that don;t have access to independent information such as the comparison sites to find out for themselves.

They would have been self employed distributors, and its Multi Level Marketing, not a franchise. You have to pay nearly £200 to become a distributor with them.

Would you consider that a lot to fork out for starting up your own business? Especially when you could get it back by doing a bit of work.

I am an independent distributor with Utility Warehouse and the views I express may not be shared by the company.

Why? I found that to be the hardest market to sell to.
