because if young lifes maybe at risk they r to be protected

Very heroic of you. Make your first mission to get your friend Mr Higgins to change the address he is registering his business at for a start, then ask him to make those details secure and I do mean properly secure not the "oh its ok sonny, I can assure you its all secure" line he has obviously fed you.

The fact is he has said he has changed the details and made them secure, the whois lookup I did earlier suggests otherwise.

If I had given Mr Higgins any of my details I would be very worried right about now as he obviously doesnt have a clue about internet security (or website design) so whos to say he knows anything about keeping customers details secure either? (when he obviously cant keep his own details secure)

can't you oh soo sorry basically mate................grow up get a life .......... and stop pickin on people because you ain't got note better to do.

come on if its ok to stamp peoples addresses on here lets start with yours so what is it ???????????

let me see you won't put it or you will put a fake one or you will go silent or change the subject

I'm not putting my address on here, but then I'm not trying to sell anything or run my own website either.

Have a look around this site, you will see a few threads of people asking if certain websites are secure and almost 100% of the replies will have a whois lookup posted on them.

Why should Higgins-sons site be any different?

And all customer details are secure because all corispondence of details do not and will not be sent through the internet it is all done manually.

But didnt SLG just say that his details were taken on the UW website?

To be honest if I were one of your customers I think I would feel more secure if they WERE sent over the internet. Your lack of knowledge about the way your own website provides people with your own data doesnt fill me with confidence about the way you would look after mine, be it on a PC, in a file, on a post it note or written on the back of your hand.

If you honestly think you can take legal action against someone for doing a whois lookup on your website then you legal team must be about as much use as your web"master"

It certainly does happen you are right, most fraudulent websites are registered to a false address too, does that ring any bells?
