No I thought that you would like to take on the challenge of getting the scumbag closed down and excommunicated from UW. see HERE QUOTE]
U NEED TO MOVE THIS LINK U'LL BE IN BIG TROUBLE
I'm sure Espresso will sleep soundly tonight knowing you have his best interests at heart, is there really any need to shout though?
I cant see how he is going to get in any trouble though, you can do a "whois" search and find out who registered a particular website. Anyone registering a website should have the common sense to know that people can look into who's responsible for it, if they think that information is top secret then they are sorely mistaken.Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!0 -
ive been talking to higgins-sons since ive joined up and he said he'd secured everything on his site so how else would someone get them.
If he does that bad a job of "securing" his site then I hope for your sake (and everyone else he has signed up) you didnt give him any of your bank details,Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!0 -

Then Mr Higgins sons should have changed the address his website is registered to then shouldnt he? What has he got to hide? Why would he be using an old address for people wanting to contact him about his website?Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!0 -

i have had these details removed and will be compensated as to appropriate legal action follows. so no one else has to go through what i as a business person had to go through.
You havent had them removed.
Using the Whois lookup on freevirtualservers (the company that host your website if you didnt know) your details still appear unchanged from the link espresso posted (I can provide you with a link if you like?)
I suggest you think long and hard about legal proceedings when its your fault the information is available to the public in the first place, you may end up with a very red face.
In fact a quick look at their privacy policy brings up this..
