I believe the prepaid cashback card Quentin has been alluding to is this one:

Although the cashback %tage must have been approx 900% higher when he claimed it was 'UW-beating'. Or he just simply read it wrong (like he did with npower's annual discount).

Who knows? Apart from Quentin, of course...

Hope everybody is well?

I thought I would give a little update regarding my e-mail that I sent to UW CS. I complained last week that I thought existing customers were being treated unfairly and I did lay it on quite thick about me being a loyal customer for several years etc. Today I have received an e-mail back saying they are sorry I am disappointed and have credited my account with £25.00. I do feel a little bad that they have given me £25.00 as I am changing suppliers at the moment, but never mind, its better in my pocket!!

I don't like being lied about on a public forum, especially from someone who accused me only last week of posting libellous comments against Which magazine. I think you should ask your mate to start again under a new user name. Its about time we had a new UW defender suddenly turn up. Though tell them not to pretend to be a satisfied customer first, the last one who did this so severely embarrassed themselves they threatened Cardew with violence, then ran off and started their own 10 man forum.
