I offered to help you earlier.Do you need help to find the cheapest tariff for your set of circumstances?
Post your area and consumption and I will let you know the cheapest gas and electricity tariff.0 -
Here we go again. I thought after the VOIP and Economy 7 sagas you might just have learnt.
I will spell this out S L O W L Y again, just for your sake.
However before reading below I suggest you look up the definition of ‘Tariff’
You didn't ask a question, you made a statement - an incorrect statement.
You(not Carmine) stated:
Now he very clearly is not on the cheapest tariff.(even Carmine accepts that indisputable fact)
As I pointed out he pays £233 p.a more than the cheapest gas and electricity tariff, that is 26.6% more than the cheapest tariff.
Now do you understand that? – I mean really understand!
In soccer parlance, as leader of the UW team, I would think Carmine would be desperate to give you a free transfer. I can envisage him squirming with embarrassment at your contributions to this thread.
Oh Dear!
A rather long post of huff & puff but not answered my very simple questions.
1. How many people are actually on the cheapest (current) energy tariff?
2. Can you explain why Carmine pays just £29 for his utility bill?
If you can't answer these questions please say. I won't hold it against you unlike you.0 -

For reasons of total accuracy, the £29 will not only pay my UW gas and electric bill from UW for the month of September but also my unlimited BB/phhone line rental and all phone calls. I was just trying to make it easier for Cardew to respond by suggesting we actually forget about the telephony side and ask if the £29 could be beaten just for gas and electric! Only PlushChris has so far even attempted. Quick calculation of the cost of my gas and electric on Cardew's 4 and a half year old fixed tariff suggested it would cost £36..just for the gas and electric then of course Cardew would have to pay anything up to £45 with his preferred telephone supplier to match my phone/BB/calls deal.
The question for Cardew is this: am I on the correct tariff, given my circumstances?Call me Carmine....
HAVE YOU SEEN QUENTIN'S CASHBACK CARD??0 -

Given his inability to actually answer any question put to him without answering his own imagined ones, I doubt if Cardew even understands your circumstances. Despite laying it out more times than I can remember now, he still hasn't made the connection.
I rather think that' is out of desperation for the need for him to be proved right. If proved wrong he either tries to ignore or hide away. Well, you've noticed that yourself Carmine as you have commented on it in the past.
You could get away with it once but doing it continuously does invite more questions.0 -

Perhaps he's having trouble finding the cheapest tariff out of the ??? number. Anyone hazard a guess how many tariffs there are.0 -

Isn't that what they say about Yorkshire men anyway.:rotfl:
Sorry - couldn't resist. Didn't means it really.0
