Given that you have already stated that you use 15kwh of leccy per day during the Winter, and seasonally adjusted that would probably work out at 5200 over the course of the year, that means that your gas usage would have to be in the region of 27000 kwhs!! Given that you already told us you used 220 imperial units of gas over the course of the coldest quarter (92 days) for many years, that means you are using virtually the same amount of gas throughout the year as you used in the coldest quarter. Failing that, your leccy consumption has absolutely gone through the roof. Your gas usage in the Winter was actually less than mine and I will use 'only' 15000 kwhs over the course of the year. If you followed that trend that would mean to pay £1345 over the course of the year, and on your super duper tariff, your leccy use would have to be in the region of 9500 per year!

You may remember I got a slagging for reducing my projected leccy consumption even though I provided the figure and the reason for it. I got accused of 'massaging' the figures (IRRC you were one of the accusers) to make it look a better deal, I do feel justified in querying your claim. it's nothing to do with me what your changed circs are (even though I provided mine, I'm not interested, especially if it's of a personal nature) but your usage is so much more than it was even a month or 2 ago it does cause me to raise my eyebrows somewhat.

I genuinely can't for the life of me get my head round the fact you won't provide your usage figs if you have nothing to hide. It's bizarre, This is the G&E forums, sharing our usage figs is what we do...

Yes you were.

How many times do we answer a question or should I say Incredulous Claim only for it to be thrown back in our faces.

When someone questions back they either disappear, ignore the question and make another attack. If it's pointed out to them they deny it. Not the most diplomatic of discussions.

Do you think Quentins speaks only in a loud heckling tone of voice in real life and is deaf from shouting so cannot hear the replies. It would explain a lot.
