Ha! Until the miserable gits wake up and start pouring poison and rinsing their mouths out with vinegar again...... see, we're all nice people really, despite what THEY say! :p

Wait for you know who to wake up. He won't like us discussing pleasant topics I'll wager. Ah well. It was nice while it lasted:beer:

Married 37 years and had all Louis L'Amour's books in hard back sent by a friend from America as Bantam would not post them. Only took 11 years to get them at one per month.

I note that, not content with lowering the download allowance on their Mid BB package by, oh, a mere 75%, Sky now propose to up their line rental by 10% from 1/9/09. I'll be glad to be rid of this company shortly.

I know we've gone off topic but just for the record (again), I have to reiterate that ALL of my customers are saving money compared to their previous suppliers. Even the customers who don't make use of the Cashback card. Some do use the Cashback card, some don't.

This is FACT. So, this rather buries certain peoples' assertations that UW have 'indisputably, the most expensive energies'.

Your customers should have done comparisons before you signed them up.

If uw is cheaper than their previous suppliers, just think how much more they could be saving by going to their cheapest supplier.

Anyone doing the exercise with a switching site casn see how far down the list they come!

Oh I see, the ability to read make you a well adjusted member of soctiety. Maybe UW should start a book club, a little bit like Richard n' Judy, but we could call it Keggs n' Carmine.

    This is genius...imagine the scenario...

"Hi there Mr Prospect, I see you're interested in seeing what you would benefit from by being a UWDC customer. Let me show you...TVG, One Bill, Cashback Card, BC etc...

By the way, even though you like what you see, you really should do a comparison with everybody else because we're not the cheapest out there (and we don't claim to be!)".

So, by your argument, everyone in sales has a duty to inform their customers that there is a better deal out there than the one they are representing? When would any business get done??

Of course there is always a better deal out there - but it's up to those company's to put them in front of the customers!! Not the reps of their competitors!!

    Hilarious!!
