After reading reveiws, looking at the structure, the fact that they are not competative on price and there is no way of honestly selling to others than trying to get new members to be part of the pyramid I have decided to no look at it any further.
Your not suggesting they are running an illegal pyramid scheme are you? :eek:0 -
The epitome of the pyramid/ponzi scheme - the state pension.
Edit: Forgot to say, in case anyone was wondering, that is what a sockpuppet looks like...Call me Carmine....
HAVE YOU SEEN QUENTIN'S CASHBACK CARD??0 -
Of course its legit, just I won't be able to recuit people who will buy the idea, unless of course I sell somthing that is not really b+w value. If this was the 90s and I was getting in at the top of the chain then yeah I might consider it. Another thing that put me off is the way its sold, why go to a hour presentation and pay near 200 to sign up I asked my self.0

Couldn't resist but once only. Absolute c**p Talk about stuck in the 1970s.0 -
Why is it sold to potencial distributors then that they can make a livable income for little effort? Really common sense prevails that such is not possible if you are in the "waterfall" (maybe a better term ;-) at the wrong point.
I'm only talking about being a "distributor", why do the distributors never have any negatives?
What do the distributors do when they get a disatisfied "customer" they referred?
I'm not fishing, just really trying to get the honest picture.0 -

This is my last comment on this and anything else here (I just felt that I had to try and nail - once again ridiculous comments). No Cardew I haven't come back but I am sick and tired of this ridiculous comparison that's constantly made by people who clearly have an agenda based on attacking the Utility Warehouse.
If you want to know what a real pyramid structure is in business have a loom at your own workplace. The ask yourself a simple question: Do you earn more than your boss or the owner of your company. In network marketing that happens all the time. People often earn more than the person they recruited. You get paid what you are worth. The more you put in the more you get out. Period. This nonsense about waterfalls and trickle down is just that. Nonsense.
Incidentally rich business people are rich becausr they know how to network. Employees are poor because they work for other people. I know which side of the fence I'd rather be.
As for disatisfied customers. As authorised distributors it is our job to help them out if they have problems. It is also the company's responsibility. So they have 2 sides to talk to.
As for not having negatives. We do at times. But on the whole what UW gives us is a chance to do what we want if your're prepared to work for it. Network Marketing is the only vehicle that gives ALL people the chance to be rich if that's what they want. But many aren't interested - most just want some extra money. Some join for other reasons - money being the least of their concerns.
Instead of looking at the DVD you were given in some negative light look at it again. And study it this time with an open mind. The go and read a goodf book. I can even recommend a good audio CD - nothing to do with UW but will eduacte you all the same.
Now I'm done.0 -

.
Saying that but I work for " The Man" as a UW employee you earn comission just like me so what puts you on the other side of the fence you still work for "the man".
You know yourself UW for Gas and Elec is very uncompetitive unless.... You take every service they offer.
As stated before with a family member of mine UW told how how it would save her bucket loads of money when against BG in the scottish power region she would be £80 worse off. So when I called UW and explained the situation he told me the letter she had been sent with her tier prices were wrong and it was actually cheaper... yeah without the VAT.
When you think of it comission earned on a false sence of security rather poor dont you think ?
And before you say yeah BG aint no saints I know and the people who do it should not have a job.His Heart Proved He Was A RedSuarez, SuarezWe Bought The Lad From AmsterdamWe Know He's Not a Chelsea Fan.Fernando Torres = El Judas0 -

I'm a business partner with T+ I might not own the parent company but I do not work for them either. Again a comment from someone who hasn't a clue aboutr how network marketing operates. How many more times do I have to repeat it. Before making stupid comments go and educate yourself then come back and discuss with a little more knowledge.
As for your relative I do not know the circumstances. If the distributor recommended something to her that he knew full she wouldn't benefit from then that's deplorable.
UW doesn't offer the most expensive energy. That's nonsense as well. It offers something that some people will benefit from and others won't. Remember the saying: he knows the price of everything and value of nothing.
Now I am out of here for good and won't be drawn again.0 -

However you do come back - time and again!
You don't seem to have the capacity to understand that nobody is disputing that UW is a very successful business model. However a successful business model and value for customers are often mutually exclusive!
UW's success is founded of some 26,000 UW distributers selling gas and electricity to friends and family at uncompetitive rates.
If your conscience allows you to adopt such selling practices, so be it.0 -

We shall call it rather more expensive than the big 6 ? or just false sence of security from your so called friends.
As for me not having a clue a company who gives tier prices without VAT are clueless or just totally at it.
Do you sign up people keggs who just dont have a clue ? because they get all there services on one bill they cant go wrong ?His Heart Proved He Was A RedSuarez, SuarezWe Bought The Lad From AmsterdamWe Know He's Not a Chelsea Fan.Fernando Torres = El Judas0
