You claim the worthless guarantee actually has worth, yet when given the chance to enhance its standing, all you can do by way of reply is resort to more personal abuse.
What an advert you are for the uw!
Whereas you have this really unsubtle way of dealing with questions/situations that are too 'awkward' for you to deal with. You totally ignore them. That's not personal abuse, either, just a factual observation. My turn to ask now - are you going to apologise to Nigewick for the libellous attack on him? You can't keep ignoring the request forever. Seriously.
PS And don't forget the apology to decado23 for yet another pathetic and erroneous attack. Remember? The npower annual discount that you got wholly and embarrassingly wrong??Call me Carmine....
HAVE YOU SEEN QUENTIN'S CASHBACK CARD??0 -
This seems to be another tedious diversion. Can libel be phrased as a question?0
-
Unfortunately no Mech. Quentin knows what he said but refuses to acknowlege it. He does it constantly but this time he's gone over the top. So he will be hounded until he retracts or apologises or if Nigewick feels differently.

All rich coming from the man who accused me of "attacking" his wife. There is a libellous statement!0
-
You brought my wife into a conversation that you had no reason to do. You attacked Nigewicks credibity and honesty as a former policeman trying to equate that with UW. That's libellous. So when are you going to apologise. Don't detract by trying to bring me or my wife into this.
You are the one at fault - no one else.So are you going to apologise to Nigewick or hide in your corner till it dies down again. Some hope.

Incorrect. I know of people who have benefitted from this guaratntee. Yours truly for one.
Don't preach about things you know nothing about and only get your information from ridiculous sources including your own misperceptions.
You tried to argue that about network marketing and came unstuck. I would have thought you'd learned your lesson by now.

You must know less about the energy industry that your punters then.
You specifically exclude dual fuel tariffs even though your salesmen admit that the vast majority go dual fuel with UW. Then exclude online tariffs even though your reps push online billing to help save penguins. The less said about how a 'friend' rings you up claiming that they need your help, simply to get a foot in the door.
Your line of post is typical of someone who does not like the answer the may here. You claim I know nothing, fine, answer the points Ive raised then..........0 -

I believe several of the UW reps on here have admitted that it is worthless.
Surely you understand that the TVG excludes all discounts, dual fuel, payment by DD, UW monthly fee etc.
Can you give me a situation where a dual fuel customer will get his gas and electricity cheaper from UW than even BG's standard tariff - let alone their internet tariffs?0 -
I agree Jamexbox. I don't know anything about the nergy industry. I don't need to - that's the point. That's not my job because I'm not a salesma and I don't represent UW in any way that can be described as similar to a salesman. Salesmen get trained on the ins and outs of the product they are selling. We sell nothing. Our job is one thing and one thing only - recommending something to someone that we use ourselves. If we are happy to use it ourselves then we recommend it to others. It is then up to them if they want what we are recommending.
But you see, people like you, Quentin Cardew and anyone else that 'sees' UW distributors as salesmen and women can't and don't want to understand that.
If you took the time to learn what referral (network marketing) actually is then you might just begin to understand the differences. And why we don't need to know the ins and outs of dual fuel this, internet that etc.
Hope that helps.
Steve
UW Distributor & Very Happy Customer - please the latter comes first and the former comes second. That's what network marketing is about. A very different approach to traditional npower salesmen.0 -
Can you please give details of how you have benefited from the TVG.

Because the company gave me back an extra discount to ensure that they kept their promise in line with their guarantee. The do the same with BT. So as far as I am concerned the guarantee wasn't worthless because I got extra money back on my bill. Is that clear enough for you.
I would have thought you might have worked that for yourself. Obviously not. That's the whole point of the guarantee.
