What do you 'always take up with the front manager first'

Parts of your posts are not making sense.

Maybe you have said/done something that you think is insignificant and she has taken offence.

    It is sounding that way.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

Out of a lot of posts that I can't make much sense out of two things stand out. The first one being that if you are suspended pending an investigation then you shouldn't be talking to anyone from work. You could get into serious trouble for doing that all on its own. And the other thing is that it might not be a good idea to talk about a working woman as a "flighty kid. " It sort of gives the impression that you don't take working women seriously, and if she has already made a complaint about you then coming across like that isn't going to help. Being suspended doesn't mean that it will come to anything so don't assume it will. And involving a solicitor now won't help either because there is nothing they can do.

Start looking for a new Job, you do not suspend people you do not want to walk out.

That's not true. People are suspended in order for an investigation to be carried out. It may lead to dismissal but it may not!

OP - you must have been informed of the reason. Once they have the information they need they will either reinstate you or have a disciplinary meeting at which you will be able to put your side of the case. If you are a union member they will be able to help.

You should not contact work colleagues while suspended.

I can see why you're a chef and not an author:rotfl:

Your posts are becoming more and more indecipherable. We'd all like to help you but we have to understand your posts. Whilst we probably could if we read them enough times...most haven't got time to do that...so just 'scan' them.

e.g. "if i a proms with the waiting staff so they is no Confrontation on the pass"

What does that mean? It simply does not make sense, so how can anyone respond to you in a constructive fashion?

not really; uninvited touching in the workplace is never good.

I'd start working on an apology an how you realise that what you did was wrong. On it's own it was probably nothing, but if there were other incidents before where you had raised issues/ spoken sharply/ whatever it may have been the last straw for her.

You should focus on trying to get assistance - are you a union member?

I suspect you will receive an invitation to attend an investigatory hearing, likely towards the end of this week, beginning of next. This is where things may get sticky for you as management will be building a case against you and anything you admit will in all likelihood result in a disciplinary hearing for gross misconduct being convened and you end up being stitched up like a kipper.

If you deny the accusations, you may find management have collected statements from others which may be damning.
