just found out a bit more off one of my staff a young waitress has complained about me he says his does not know anything else he was ask did he see anything at the pass on fri lunch time

Start looking for a new Job, you do not suspend people you do not want to walk out.

i have not done anything as far i know i have not shouted at her touch her anything like that i am not that daft me think mite have to go see some tomorrow about this

There is absolutely no way they would suspend you without calling a meeting to tell you why.

I can't understand most of your last post as the last sentence doesn;t make sense.

The only thing I can imagine you would get an instant suspension for would be something you definitely know you did, i.e. sexual harassment, verbal/physical abuse, or poisoning a guest at the restaurant. Even then they would tell you the reason why they suspended you.

well i have to say they have not said a word to me why thats why i put a post on here for time will tell i hope not to lose my job what i was trying to say is i will go see some about my work eg a solicitors will post more when i find out more many thanks

Did you do something not so significant to upset the waitress that might make her lie/exagerate to your boss?

What was your relationship like with this waitress before she complained?

You need to ask them in writing to provide the reason of suspension. I'm sure they have to tell you what "they are looking into".

very good she is nice kid very happy bit flighty but no probs a bit a flirt with some of the lads but thats it but i never had a run in with her if i have i always take up with the front manger first
