Domestic UK flights BA or Easyjet?

I need to book internal UK flights to connect to another flight.
It would either be Easyjet or BA.
BA is more expensive but having never used a budjet airline is there anything to look out for with easyjet? or is it better going with BA with no hidden charges?

If you don't mind the free for all fight for your seat and no frills then go with the cheaper option , you will get where you need to go , but if cost isn't an issue I'd go for the less fraught BA option . Easyjet has limits on baggage and no meals I believe .#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

I'd go for BA. There is a chance, depending on the connecting airline and / or the checkin agent's mood, that you could be checked in to your final destination at point of origin, even if on separate tickets.

its an extra £37 per person to go BA on the way out, but only £17 on the way back.
However need to take BA on way back due to connecting time.0 -
Is that extra after you have factored in all the Easyjet fees?0

Which is your connecting airline?
Where are you flying from/to?0 -

Dont think so, that is just the headline figure on expedia, when i go to the next section it says £25 per checked bag each way but that does not appear in the BA section.
So is that an extra £100 for two for a return journey to put a bag in the hold with easyjet.
BA starts to look cheaper in that case.0 -
Domestic hold baggage on easyJet is £10 per bag per flight. There is also a £9 per booking charge so the extras would be £49 for 2 people. You also get a cup of tea or coffee and a small snack thrown in with BA.0

Firstly, see if you can get all your flights on one ticket (contact your international carrier or agent and explore paying extra to have your domestic flights included). Your domestic flight might be delayed or cancelled, and if that meant you missed your long-haul departure, no-one would be liable unless both legs were on the one ticket. And I don't even think that you can insure against this risk!0

So is the BA price i see on expedia the final price and all the budjet airlines have extras on top?0 -
