Sure. But what if you have the psycho buyer from hell, picking fault with some trivial or imagined problem, or due to them not reading the listing properly?!

Well I have never had a problem with any honest sellers.

The same rules apply for buyers..items listed dishonestly...wrong info given etc. etc.

Perhaps eBay should give out licences to sellers and buyers, a sort of Provisional thing..

I've never had a problem with any honest, sensible buyer either. The trouble is, when I sell something, I don't get a message telling me whether the buyer is honest or not.
