This doesn't sound like the usual response profile.
I always leave feedback as soon as the item is delivered and checked.
I should think 50% of sellers respond within half a day.
Most of the rest respond withing a day or two.
About 5% don't respond for weeks - evidently sellers who leave all their feedback in a batch.0 -
Surely once a buyer has paid in a full and timely manner, their part of the transaction is complete, the seller should then leave feedback.
Once the buyer has received their goods as described, they should then leave appropriate feedback.
As a buyer I never leave feedback until I receive mine.0 -

sellers dont normally leave feedback until the buyer has received their goods ok and left feedback
so if you dont leave feedback until you have received yours...you could be waiting a long time on some....
if a seller leaves feedback straight away, they leave themselves open to receive negs from the buyer for whatever reason.0 -

So be it, but if I have paid quickly and in full I expect immediate positive feedback.
If sellers have nothing to hide, they have nothing to fear.;)
To be honest, I think buyers should be awarded a positive comment from ebay about their swift payment, as well as the one from the seller.0 -

La, la , la la-I'm not listening, feedback arguments always go round in circles.
My own opinion is that a buyer should leave feedback first, but should not just leave neg first without trying to sort problems out."There is a light that never goes out"0 -

Not sure I can work out your reasoning on that.
A buyer bids and wins, pays in full = his / her part of the contract fulfilled.
A seller then ( hopefully sends the listed item ) as per the listing.
The buyer then evaluates the product and service and then leaves appropriate feedback.
If the seller is good to his / her word, they have nothing to worry about.
Only dodgy sellers have anything to worry about.0 -

Unfortunately, as an honest seller you have a lot to worry about.
For example, there are many scams that take place after the buyer has received the item. There are buyers who do not read the description properly (if at all) and often turn out to be a right nightmare to deal with. There are buyers who have genuine complaints but again, turn out to be a nightmare to deal with, even if you do your best and work damn hard to put things right, etc.0
