Seriously considering sending a letter to Aldi Head office, explaining what has happened, what action I took, and what action I was told would be taken by the Local Aldi, and tell them that as a result of being a loyal customer who shops daily at their store, I am very annoyed at being harrassed by their Parking Eye Spy Team!

by all means tell aldi,, i have had the argument with the manager at my local aldi,,wasted my breath,,,,anyway cannot understand your posts,,,,parking eye/spy/lie are scum and scammers of the first degree,, they have absolutely no right to,, fine,, anyone,,,only police/traffic wardens do that with a,,,PENALTY charge notice,,,you have a PARKING charge notice,,now listen,,,equates to loo paper, not legit,,scam,false,,a fake/pretend ticket,,,so worry not because nothing will/can hapen to you,,,you will in the future recieve threat o grams from,,,,roxburghe (we have zero powers) debt collectors,,then when they give up it will be graham (i am a phoney solicitor) white,,,they are all part of the same scam, and based in the same office,, i have a drawer full, cupboard full of loo paper from all 3 of them,,,whats happened,,nothing,, because they know and we do,, now you know ITS A SCAM,,so feet up, relax, major chill pill,big glass of wine,,stop worrying about these cowboys.hows that, hope you are now converted.

That's pretty much exactly what you have here. They're just trying it on.

If anyone really feels the need to complain, then these should all be aimed at he same point - the CEO or whatever of the firm involved. Any further down the "chain of command" and it will go to different people and have no effect.

If the person at the top keeps getting enough of these, then maybe, just maybe ...
