I'm sorry but that is absolute rubbish. I wouldn't put an offer in on a property until I had an offer in on mine but I would certainly look at them.
The first week or so after putting a property on the market are key for viewings and offers. You could easily get an offer 2 weeks after putting your property on the market so starting to look at properties as soon as you've put yours on if perfectly reasonable.Wedding 5th September 20150 -
Did your agent value it higher than the other one then?
Was yours the terraced on the main road?

The agent who valued the one across the road did value ours higher than theres bt we went with a different agent as they seemed better than the other 2and were mid priced on fees and valuation.
Yeah we are the terraced one .... dont highlight the main road .... its not that main

i thought that to - i dont really know why they are there. It can be busy sometimes but its not that bad.
I was going to ask the EA about taking a pic without them in it ?DFW
