I think his only interest is doing a bit of stalking. I just repeated the lovely turn of phrase the OP came up with when they told him to eff off and stop wasting everyone's time...0

Woahhhh didn't realise I'd come across that way
sorry about being so worried and asking a lot of questions but i promise you I'm for real! My last post about the legal side of things was just so I could gain a bit of knowledge regarding why I shouldn't pay! Anyway I can prove to you guys that im what I say i am?

You have told them you were the driver. !!!!!! why?
You say there were signs in the car park.
You keep banging on about the fact your permit couldn't be seen.
You post within minutes of ppeterson. On more than one occasion.
You are painting a picture for us of a set up case.
Smell...a...rat...:p
I told them I was the driver because I appealed and it was part of the appeal process (before I'd seen this forum so I didn't realise it would be detrimental to me)
My permit couldn't be seen on display because it was on the floor when I got back to the car (must have slipped or blown off the dash)
I post within minutes of everyone (not just the weird ppc person) because im on iPad and I refresh the page every few minutes because I want to here everyone's response (plus my iPad is always handy so I have access to the forum without logging in etc.)
And I said that the signs could be seen in the car park because I wanted to give everyone a clear picture of my case so that I could get accurate advice. I didnt purposefully not have my permits on display, it was accidental..
Also I'm reiterating things because new peop,e who may not have seen my other threads or this one before may be able to offer further advice or reassurance.
Hope this explains things and helps!0 -

Do you not at all?
So because of these facts that I have reiterated, does that mean you think I have an elevated chance of going to court?0 -

Not at all. It's very very unlikely. Most people just get the usuall letters.
It's just that you reiterated them all here, blow by blow as if you were setting an 'easy win' scenario (JUST like a PPC employee would if setting up a fake case which was already pre-planned to go to Court).
Will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that nothing will happen anyway.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok because I don't want you all to to get the wrong idea, I can see why you might have suspicions but i can assure you I'm genuine, hopefully FA continues to agree with me! But you don't think my case is 'easy win' for a PPC? I come across as very worried and I reiterate things because the fact of the matter is I am worriedI've never had to deal with anything like this before... I'm just curious as to the reason the PPC wouldnt pursue court action, I hope you understand why that would help me feel more assured regarding everyone's persistent advice.

There's only ever an easy win for a PPC if it's a set up case or it's undefended. Assuming they even bother with Court (99% don't).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
