    Kids' Bedrooms

Do you really want me to start on DD's bedroom?

It's still a tip from when we swapped bedroom's with her and especially now we've had halfterm as well. Last week I just did DS's bedroom which is smaller but was still really bad!

Okay - I'll put some loud music on and make a start but I may never be seen again!!!

DD's bedding stripped, washed and blowing on the line including her fluffy topper. Bed remade. I've found her walking boots, in the place we all agreed they wouldn't be! That was after sorting out her shoe cupboard and the bottom of her wardrobe without finding them. Two more tidy places:D

Vacuumed through downstairs after wiping up more muddy dog prints. However carefully we try to dry her feet when she's been in the garden there always seems to be enough mud left for a pawprint or two or three or more... While I was down wiping the carpet I noticed she had flicked mud on the hallway walls. She's very talented. So I stardropped them too. Looks much better but didn't do my back any good at all.

It's a lovely sunny and windy day here, bit chilly, but the washing is blowing round really well. Three loads out there. It's so much easier when you can dry the washing outside and then just put it away. I don't have a tumble drier so when it rains I have washing draped everywhere.

    Morning everyone!

Beautiful bright sunshine here, but think it's a bit chilly out.

DS1 still not feeling great, and still lots of appointments for tests, scans etc, so very little time at home, and I don't want to hassle him with rushing around cleaning, he needs life simple and restful. I did however whiz round the children's bedrooms this morning, and hoovered the sittingroom while he was washing, as he doesn't like the noise.

HI aimee Don't exhaust yourself! I've found that housework is always there anyway, so no rush to do everything today! Go out and enjoy the daffodils!

pigpen Fingers crossed for your DD, hope she gets the school she wants

Well I can see a bit of DD's bedroom floor and her bed's stripped but I think it's going to take a week before it's actually sorted and that's provided I do nothing else!

Just having some dinner then going to make chicken korma for tea - I'm making it from scratch so I don't know what it'll taste like. If I don't make it back on here tomorrow I've probably poisoned everyone!

I've got to be at DD's school for a games club at 2.15 then go and fetch DS from parent's house as Dad's fetched him from preschool. Then swimming lessons for DS, taking DD with me and then hopefully get home around 6 for tea.

I must do some college work tonight before I go tomorrow so I may not have time to do much else.

    Sunny, windy and bl**dy freezing!!

We had to go to a funeral this morning, just a bit of lunch now and then: Kids bedrooms, yippee, NOT
DD1 had sleepover at weekend, although I did tidy and clean up all the sweetiepapers and crisps, the cherry ade stain is still there, tried Stardrops, but it is still visible. Any ideas anyone?

DH off work today (funeral) will want to yap to me all afternoon. Better get on with it then. Cheerio for now..
