    sun? what's that?

My sister reset her target twice.

I will see how FF goes ( if she ever rings me!!!!!!!!!!!) and have a good long think about it! Until a couple of weeks ago I was determined to lose 7 stone... It's taken quite a rethink to get me to give up on this...

I haven't told anyone my target apart from you lot and my sister....

Will give it a load more thought...

:T:T congratulations to got there and (no longer a )piglet.:T:T Just relax and enjoy being at target. I have and I lost 1.5lbs at WI this morning, which shows that if you stick to more or less a SW eating plan you'll go on losing weight without trying. Just beware of going out and gobbling up everything you've missed eating (and drinking) since you started.

So I have decided I am not going to go to group anymore, I struggle juggling my 2DD's around the group and can never really relax when I am there anyway.

I will be going it alone with my mum, and we will have weekly weigh ins around her house (on a Thursday) and I will pay my £5 each week and use this as savings for my holiday.:T

I feel so let down by the replacement consultant, that I begrudge handing over anymore money to them. Apparently because image therapy was still on last week they will not be refunding anyone for their mistake

I think that's an excellent idea Becks. And don't forget you can come on here for Image Therapy for free!!!

sisters first target was 10 stone and a size 14.

then she went up to 10 stone 7.

She finally called it a day at 10 stone 10 - and a size 12! But she is 3 inches shorter than me - she's 5'1".

    She looks good though...

    Good afternoon

WI tonight for me, don't know if I'm looking forward to it but I'm not dreading it either.

I just made broccoli soup and it was so nice, I really enjoyed it. BUT, I only got 1 and a bit cups of soup from a whole broccoli :o I made it using 2 chicken stock cubes and all the florets from 1 broccoli. Surely this isn't right? After boiling the broccoli for 10 mins I put it into the blender, with some of the liquid, I was concerned that the liquid would've made it too thin. I then transferred the liquidised broccoli into another pan and then added a little liquid from the original pan. It really was divine so not complaining, just found it odd that I've just eaten a whole broccoli

    Good luck for tonight! :A
