Hi pigpen-I know this thread is quite old now and you haven't posted since the beginning of the year but...I have just read through the thread over the last couple of days and you're such an inspiration, you've done so very well. Anyway, as a result of reading your thread I've finally got up and listed some stuff on ebay-not got as far as yopur flylady thread but it's a start. Thanks for being so inspiring. I hope all is well with you and your brood. xx

  • Hey, I was just reading your diary and I got to page 5 and realised you live in Hull - me too! I'm sort-of weird and I love finding out people live near me lol.

So, I'm off to read the rest of your diary. Huge congratulations on what you've achieved. Truly inspirational!

Bay roof is being fixed on Sunday and the guy is giving me a quote for the guttering .. they are causing structural damage so are my priority for money allocation at the moment.

Money is disappearing in this order..

    Bay roof
    Gutter
    Uni loan
    Plastering
    decorating/carpet
    New beds and wardrobe
    new windows
    tiles
    School uniforms
    Christmas

I can't believe I don't have any catalogues or credit cards or overdrafts left to pay.. ever again hopefully!for the first time in 20 years.. it is an amazing feeling!
