I don't know what the problem is. I can get the files to show in my download manager but they won't open. I've emailed BB and asked if they can post them to me.0

Could it be the format? Sometimes MS word documents can do so, if using different versions of Office. Have you tried saving it as a different file extension?
Still no BB for me, boo!
I did however get my Amarya box, and it is wonderful as always. Not the most expensive costwise, but the most useful, and still value for money.
Essential Care, creamy coconut cleanser (30ml) - I have a few different cleansers, as like to vary them according to my needs. This looks wonderful, so am looking forward to trying. Their similar mini sizes retail for £6, but this is only available on their site as 150ml.
Cowshed, cowslip soothing handcream (50ml) - I've wanted to try this, and its a really good hand-cream. It sinks in well, and smells lovely.
Weleda, Lavender creamy body wash (20ml) - I've not tried their washes, and this looks soothing. A handy travel size.
Organic rose moisturiser x 2 sachets - Always good to try new face creams, even though I've got loads. I like the rose, and aloe listed amongst the ingredients.
Weleda skin food sachet
Weleda Pomegranate regenerating body lotion sachet
All very useful items that will be used. Pleased with this box. I thought we'd be getting bath oil, because of their FB survey though, lol!New forum. New sig. Yes I still need to lose 2 stone!

Got my Amarya as well but they arent really my thing, I love getting my Amarya box but mostly its stuff I wont use. So am debating about trying the personalised one (but at £25 a pop I wont be doing it monthly) or cancelling and saving the £12.50 a month and every few months buying something from their shop I want.
I've been hoping for Zoya in the box for ages - mostly so I could then use the discount to buy from them but it's not working out so well!
Still no BB for me, am guessing it might be next week now :SNo buying un-necessary toiletries challenge - Start total: 235. Current total: 273!!0 -

Luxbox finally arrived. Despite having legs like milk bottles and being perfectly happy with that, I was thinking I may give being tanned a try! So very pleased with my box. Still no BB so subbed to Amarya to make myself feel better...oops.0

I think it dependson whether you are going by ml's, or by the mini sizes actual price. The 30ml cleanser retails for £6 on the manufacturers website, whilst the Cowshed handcream has been quoted as being worth £8 when given away as a magazine freebie (which I missed!).
I really hope my BB comes tomorrow. It looks like caro, miclare, rondacon, and myself are the last ones. I'm really envious of everyone, but received a free shampoo & conditioner to trial today, which made up for it (a little!)
