They said on facebook that the boxes were sent out on Tuesday by Royal mail and no one has recieved their box. The have been took over by someone else as of the 1st November. I have spoken to my bank and have been advised that I need to cancel my card. Please be careful.ElegantlyWasted wrote: »Has anyone had trouble with cancelling Luxbox? I cancelled after the last box (September?) by email, because I'd tried to do it on the site and it hadn't worked. Checked my bank yesterday, and they've taken another payment out. I've emailed again but I don't really know what to do now.0

Oh dear, that's not good at all. Thanks for the help, sam. I'm going to give them a few more days to reply to my email, and then see if I can cancel my card online.Everyday I am asked to be a magician, in a world where magic does not exist.0

I just ordered all four of the Betrousse boxes. I'm supposed to be on a beauty box diet. Not good:o0

I just got my SSB box - this must be the last one in my subscription. Spoilers -
I got a mini So....? body spray. I wouldn't buy it, I think it's a brand that's too young for me, but it's a pleasant scent, I'm sure I'll use it up.
Redken shampoo and conditioner sachet. Redken is one of my favourite hair brands, but it's hard to get excited about a sachet. Again, it will get used.
A Weleda Wild Rose Smoothing Night Cream. I might be more impressed with this had I not accumulated several of them from various beauty boxes.
A Yardley scent vial (English Daisy). Another brand I wouldn't usually notice but have had in beauty boxes before, at least they've stopped promoting the Peony scent and moved on to something else! It's a nice fresh scent, but not really suitable for autumn/winter.
Pack of five mini emery boards.
A shmmery fullsize lipgloss. Again, this is too young for me, I can't get away with rainbow sparkles on my lips, even in a peach lipgloss.
Not a very inspiring box this month for me!

Same SSB box here too. Same thoughts also.
I got my BB package today, finally. Ten products, good selection. Nothing in there that I would have bought (and mostly hadn't heard of before). However, on looking them all up, value of about £260 and a couple I am very excited to try. I went for the anti aging and it all looks appropriate bar one product, specifically designed for younger skin. Bizarre. However, at just shy of 40, I'll still enjoy giving it a go. I am very glad I went for the BB testing. Thanks to whoever first posted the link. it is the ultimate beauty box . .
I was tempted by the Latest in beauty advent calendar, but it's too expensive and I don't need quite a few of the products so not good value for me. Would be a well received present though if any OH's are reading and wanting to buy their more beautiful half a present. Oooh, perhaps I could buy it for my OH. Wonder if he'd appreciate it, though I think the Star Wars Lego advent one is more up his street!0

The boxes lately seem to be going downhill, repeats and sachets!! I think I am paying more for the box than the contents.0

Still no BB, or SSB for me, but postie turned up with LuxBox which is very good quality, 4 full-sizes items, but the main theme is something that I don't normally use.TanOrganic (RRP £19.95) - I don't use tanning products as no real need, however this is a natural certified organic product, the main ingredient being Aloe Leaf juice (84%), so will use to regain that flattering summer glow whilst caring for my skin, or will leave until the beginning of next summer when I first brave bare legs again! :rotfl:
TanErase (RRP £12) - A micro-fibre exfoliating glove which will come in useful, also removes excess tan.
TanOrganic luxury application mitt (RRP £4.50) - Speaks for itself
Model Co eyepencil (RRP £15.00) - In Black, with sharpener in lid, always good. I haven't used as have got ple
nty open, but am hoping this will be soft, as they are the only ones I can use. I would never normally pay so much for a pencil eyeliner, so am hoping this is good
Kimia Rejuvenating facial system - This is a sample size. I already have one unopened, so best get using it. It does look good.
All in all, an interesting box, not what I was expecting, but usable, and good value for money.New forum. New sig. Yes I still need to lose 2 stone! 0 0
